The rest of the world
Singapore Airlines is restoring its Airbus A380 service to Frankfurt. Putting an A350-900 Airbus to service Male in the Maldives.
It’s increasing flights. For some destinations, the frequency will exceed pre-pandemic levels to Ahmedabad (India), Beijing and Shanghai (China), Copenhagen (Denmark), Da Nang (Vietnam), Dubai (the United Arab Emirates), Tokyo-Haneda (Japan), and Seattle and Houston (USA.)
2PAXfly Takeout
It’s good to see Singapore Airlines regaining its mojo after the privations of the pandemic. These increases in services should put a little downward pressure on fares. It might be time to look around for some bargains in these services designed for the Northern Hemisphere Summer. Since most start in the first quarter of 2024 – there is time to do some planning.
