Qantas Double Status Credits: October 11 to 16 (updated)
You have to give it to the community over at Australian Frequent Flyer – they sure dig deep to find these things.
It looks like another Double Status Credits booking period is being announced by Qantas: This time you need to:
- Register – try after 11 am Today
- Book between 11 October and 16 October – so the window is slim
- Eligible flights are those with QF flight number on QF metal both international and domestic
- Flights must fall into the period of 23 October 2018 to 30 June 2019
- Include your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number in your booking
As at 11 am today – this Promo has not yet appeared on the home page of the Qantas website.

And here are the highlights of the fine print – with the full text of the ‘Important Information’ from the Qantas site below:
- Doesn’t apply for public servants travelling on government travel
- Bookings need to be made in the next 4 days (11 to 16 October)
- Travel must be commenced and completed between 23 October ’18 and 30 June ’19
- Eligible flights must have a QF flight number on the ticket, and must ordinarily earn Status Credits
- Only flight gift vouchers bought and booked during the 6 days of the promotion will earn double credits
- Bonus credits do not count towards some other bonuses (see important information below)
Ok, I haven’t got time to stick around here writing advice for you lot. I have status runs to plan, bookings to make, lowest fares/maximum Status Credits equations to calculate!
